The Pumps N Solar Team

The Pumps N Solar team brings a wealth of local and regional experience to the task of meeting your water equipment needs.

Mark Huntley and Tim Sheridan established Pumps N Solar in April 1996.

Following early studies achieving a Certificate in Agriculture (Queensland Agricultural College) and Associate Diploma in Rural Techniques (Agricultural Mechanisation), Mark worked for 4 and a half years with Southern Cross Pumping and Irrigation, initially at their Charleville branch, and for the final 2 years in Roma. For 9 years, Mark was also the Roma-based South Queensland Area Manager for Mono Pumps.

Before beginning Pumps N Solar, Tim spent 5 years with Border Pumps N Sprays in Goondiwindi fabricating boomsprays, installing pumps and sprinkling systems. Tim was based for a further 2 years in Biloela as the Assistant Manager in the McCrackens Water Services regional chain of pump and irrigation stores.
